Winners Recognized For Innovation and Excellence in Education Industry
June 17, 2019 – MobyMax, the most widely adopted differentiated learning solution in the U.S., has been awarded two 2019 SIIA CODiE Awards for Best Education Cloud-Based Solution and Best Learning Capacity–Building Solution.
The 2019 CODiE Award winners represent the “best, most innovative products that are disrupting education and adding new efficiencies for educators and administrators,” said Jeff Joseph, SIIA President. “These exciting award winners are making it possible for learners of all ages to succeed – and giving educators the cloud-based help and expertise they want so they can transform how students learn in their classrooms.”
“We’re thrilled to be recognized for the solutions we’ve developed that build learning capacity,” added MobyMax co-founder Glynn Willett. “Fine-tuning a student’s ability to master math, reading and language arts, science, and social studies in grades K-8 is the key to the success they want and need in grades 9-12.”
“Plus, building accessible tools teachers can easily adapt to every student means teachers will have greater success,” noted Willett. “When teachers succeed, students succeed!”
Reviewers had positive things to say about all facets of the MobyMax products, but the consensus seemed to be that MobyMax is superior because it is so comprehensive, motivational, and easy to use.
“This tool has everything in one place, which would be easier for teachers, students and more cost-effective for the district. That being said, the user interface is well-designed, simple and easy,” noted one reviewer. “Resources are plentiful!”
Noted another, “Really incredible what the creators have done to enhance learning for their students and to make the lives of teachers easier so they can focus on teaching.”
“This is the ultimate tool to allow teachers to know where students have strengths and gaps in their knowledge and skills,” summed up a third.
The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industries, announced the 2019 CODiE Awards at the Education Industry Conference & CODiE Awards celebration in San Francisco on June 11. Only 34 awards were bestowed among the hundreds of products and services in the education technology market that were considered.
All of the nominees were first reviewed by seasoned educators and administrators, whose evaluations determined the finalists. SIIA members then voted on the finalists, with the scores from both rounds tabulated to select the winners.
MobyMax’s two SIIA CODiE awards reflect the increasing awareness from the education technology community that MobyMax’s creative approach to K-8 education is having an impact. “This is the best tool for K-8 learning management systems,” noted one judge. “The customization tools, data analytics, and deep learning content make this a must-have tool for personalized learning.”
MobyMax’s innovative development platform, comprehensive learning management solutions, and complete curriculum system (CCS) have propelled the company to earn more education industry awards than any other edtech provider two years in a row.
MobyMax helps struggling learners quickly catch up to grade level and closes learning gaps for all students.
Moby Learning, Moby Assessments, Moby Interactive, and Moby Rewards are all award-winning solutions individually. When combined together in Moby Suite, they create the most effective solution to find and fix learning gaps.
MobyMax is used in more than 82% of all K-8 schools in the United States, with over 28.7 million students and 1.5 million teachers registered.
